Privacy Policy

When you create an account, your email address and a securely hashed password are stored so you can log in, access your bookings and purchases, and receive service emails. Your account email is used as the contact address for your orders.

Live Coaching, Play with Yukeo, Team Coaching and the Rank Up Program require a Discord username, because sessions and program communication take place on Discord. It is stored with your booking or program and is only visible to you and the coach.

If you choose to connect your Twitch account, Twitch OAuth is used to confirm whether your Twitch account is currently subscribed to the Yukeo channel, so the current Twitch subscriber discount can be applied. The connection identifiers and access tokens required for this check are stored securely and are used only for subscriber verification. You are never required to connect Twitch.

Booking data (service, date, time, duration, time zone, status) and purchase records (service, amount, payment status, discount applied) are stored so the sessions can be delivered and so you and the coach have an accurate record of what was bought.

Payments are processed by Stripe. Card details are entered on Stripe's checkout and are handled by Stripe — full card data is never received or stored by this website. Only payment references and status information returned by Stripe are stored here.

If you submit a replay, the details you provide (rank, platform, game mode, goals and notes) and either your uploaded Rocket League replay file or the YouTube link you submit are stored. Uploaded files are kept in private storage and can only be accessed by you and the coach through authenticated, time-limited links. They are used solely to produce your analysis.

For the Rank Up Program, your progress is stored: the replay analyses, live sessions and training plans used or delivered within the 4-week period, together with the related notes and delivery links.

Service emails are sent to your account email address — booking confirmations, purchase confirmations, reschedule confirmations, replay submission and delivery notifications, and the Rank Up Program welcome email. The sending status of these emails is stored so delivery problems can be identified. No marketing or newsletter emails are sent.

Standard technical information required to operate and secure the site is processed, including login sessions and security records such as short-lived OAuth state values. No analytics, advertising or tracking services are used on this website.

Data is kept for as long as needed to deliver the services and to meet legal and accounting obligations. You can request access to your data, correction, or deletion of data that is no longer required. Deleting your account does not remove records that must be kept for legal reasons, such as payment records.
