Terms of Service

The following services are offered:

• Live Coaching — a 1-on-1 live coaching session.
• Play with Yukeo — a live session played together with Yukeo.
• Team Coaching — a live 3v3 team coaching session.
• Replay Analysis — a recorded analysis of a submitted replay.
• Rank Up Program — a 4-week coaching period including exactly 2 recorded replay analyses, 2 live coaching sessions and 2 personalized training plans.

An account is required to book or purchase. Payment is completed through Stripe before a booking or purchase is confirmed. A booking is only valid once the payment has been confirmed.

Live sessions are booked from the available time slots shown on the website. Available times are displayed in your local time zone. Live sessions take place on Discord, so a valid Discord username must be provided when booking.

Before paying, you expressly request that the service begins before the end of the 14-day withdrawal period and acknowledge that the withdrawal right is lost once the service has been fully performed. A live session counts as fully performed once it has taken place, a replay analysis once the completed analysis has been delivered, and the Rank Up Program once the four-week program has been completed. Details and the withdrawal form are on the Right of Withdrawal page. Declaring withdrawal never triggers an automatic repayment; every declaration is reviewed individually.

You can reschedule an eligible live session through your account until 24 hours before the scheduled start time. Within the last 24 hours before the session, rescheduling is no longer possible.

Self-service cancellation is not currently offered on the website. If something exceptional comes up, contact Yukeo directly and the situation will be reviewed individually. Mandatory consumer rights under applicable law remain unaffected by these terms.

After purchase, you submit a Rocket League replay file or a YouTube link through your account. The analysis is delivered as recorded feedback. An analysis can only be produced once a valid submission has been made.

The Rank Up Program runs over a 4-week coaching period and includes exactly 2 recorded replay analyses, 2 live coaching sessions and 2 personalized training plans. The order and timing of these elements are coordinated individually with you through Discord.

Twitch subscribers who connect their Twitch account and are successfully verified as an active subscriber of the Yukeo channel receive the currently advertised Twitch subscriber discount on eligible services. Eligibility is verified at the time of purchase.

Coaching is a personal service and no specific rank or competitive result is guaranteed. Respectful behaviour is expected during sessions. If a session cannot take place at the agreed time for reasons on the coach's side, a replacement time will be arranged.
