Right of Withdrawal

As a consumer in the EU you generally have 14 days to withdraw from a contract concluded at a distance, without giving any reason. The period starts on the day the contract is concluded.

Before paying, you confirm both of the following statements:

• I expressly request that Yukeo Coaching begins providing the purchased service before the end of the 14-day withdrawal period.
• I acknowledge that I lose my right of withdrawal once the purchased service has been fully performed by Yukeo Coaching.

A service counts as fully performed once a booked live session has taken place, once a completed replay analysis has been delivered, or once the whole four-week Rank Up Program has been completed. Until then, the withdrawal right still applies; if a service has already been partly provided, a proportionate amount may be payable.
